Service and contract
KuboRun hosts applications and Kubo Web builds and publishes websites. The accepted offer or contract must identify the provider, rates, taxes, capabilities, limits and support. No uncontracted availability level is guaranteed. Trial features will be identified.
Accounts and permissions
Provide accurate information and protect your credentials. Accounts can share projects with scoped access. The owning account pays for resources, including those created by collaborators. Review access and transfer team accounts before erasing your identity.
Balance and payments
The service uses prepaid credit. A €5 monthly minimum including usage applies when services run, static files are hosted or volumes remain reserved during that month; without those resources the minimum does not apply. Rates and taxes are shown before contracting. Once credit runs out, the grace window ends after six hours or on reaching the account’s negative limit, whichever happens first. The initial limit is −€5 and can vary by account. Top-ups first offset debt. Declared transfers do not add credit until validated. Automatic top-up is optional.
Content and acceptable use
You retain rights in your content and authorize processing needed to host it. You must have rights and legal grounds for uploaded content and data. Illegal activity, unauthorized access, malware, resource abuse and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.
Kubo Web
Saving a draft does not publish it. Deployment publishes changes; review can require additional permissions. Imported projects may include parts that cannot be edited visually. Code export requires a specific account permission and is not enabled by default. No search ranking or SEO outcome is guaranteed.
Cancellation and recovery
Closing resources starts shutdown and later deletion, with 30 days to recover before irreversible purge. Identity erasure and fiscal retention are separate, as described in Privacy. Top-ups do not restore deleted files. Positive balances, refunds and applicable consumer withdrawal rights must be specified before commercial contracting; these terms do not waive mandatory rights.
Liability and complaints
Support, availability, backups and liability limits must be defined in the contract, subject to mandatory law. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Provider identity, address and complaint channel are pending. Any jurisdiction clause must respect applicable consumer protection.
